Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

Paolo Premium costs JOD 9.99 per month and renews monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

2. Refunds

If the service does not work for you, request a refund by email within 14 days of a charge. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Repeated refund abuse may be declined.

3. Service failure

If a paid feature is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period regardless of the 14-day window.
