1. What we collect

Account data: your email address and a session identifier stored on your device.
Usage data: first-party, privacy-preserving analytics (page visits, feature counts). No third-party ad trackers, no cross-site profiling.
Content you send: questions and images you submit to the AI assistant, stored to operate and improve the service.

2. Why we process it

To provide the service, keep accounts secure, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. The legal basis is operating a service you requested (contract) and our legitimate interest in security and abuse prevention.

3. What we do NOT do

We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not share your clinical questions with other users.

4. Third parties

The service runs on Cloudflare (hosting, AI inference) and a payment processor for Premium subscriptions. These providers process data only to deliver the service.

5. Your rights

You may request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing abdelrahmanabuzaid@gmail.com. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.

6. Retention

Analytics visits are kept in aggregate; account data is kept while your account is active plus a short cleanup window.
